If you are a group of golfers, bikers, walkers or looking to host a family gathering then you can take all the rooms at Leven House on a bed and breakfast basis. We can offer exclusive use of the house for groups of up to 15 adults. The House is such that you can take 5 rooms or 7 rooms on  a minimum 2 night basis. All our rooms are ensuite, we have private park and beautiful garden terrace.
